Document Scanner

Turn phone photos of documents into clean scans — flattens bent pages, white paper, sharp text, export to PDF.

How to scan a document with your phone

Turn phone photos of documents, receipts and forms into clean, straightened, high-contrast scans and export them as a PDF or images. Bulk upload, a frame you set yourself (or auto-detect), free, and nothing is uploaded.

A photo of a document is not a scan — it is skewed, shadowed and cluttered with the desk behind it. This tool fixes that: you place a frame on the page edges (or let it auto-detect them) and it snaps to the real paper edge, corrects the perspective, straightens text lines on a curled or folded page, so the page is a clean rectangle, and applies a scan finish (colour, greyscale or crisp black-and-white) so the text is sharp and the background is white.

Upload every page at once, reorder them if needed, set each page's frame, and export a single multi-page PDF — or individual images and a ZIP. After the page loads once, the processing runs fully offline using OpenCV compiled to WebAssembly.

The file is processed on your own device and never uploaded to a server.

Steps

  1. Take photos of each page, then upload them all at once.
  2. Rotate the photo if needed, then drag the corners or side bars of the frame onto the page edges — or press Auto-detect.
  3. Pick a finish — colour, greyscale or black-and-white — and press Scan; the page is straightened to exactly the frame you set.
  4. Export as a single multi-page PDF, or as individual images / a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

How do I scan a document without a scanner?

Photograph each page with your phone, upload the photos here, and the tool straightens and cleans them into scans you can save as a PDF.

Can I combine several photos into one PDF?

Yes — upload every page, reorder them if needed, and choose "Export PDF" to get one multi-page document.

Does it work offline?

After the page loads once, scanning runs fully offline in your browser using OpenCV compiled to WebAssembly.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. The file is processed on your own device and never uploaded to a server.
